Quotation & Order Confirmation
Once we receive your inquiry, our sales team will review your requirements and provide a detailed quotation within 8 hours. After the quotation is confirmed, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for payment arrangement. Upon completion of production and prior to shipment, a Commercial Invoice (CI) will also be prepared for customs and logistics purposes.
Production Lead Time
Production lead time depends on the product type, specifications, and order quantity.

We will keep you informed throughout the production process and notify you immediately once the goods are ready for shipment.
Shipping Arrangement
We assist with international shipping and typically arrange delivery via FedEx directly to your specified address. Shipping costs will be calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and declared value, and will be clearly stated before shipment.
Customs & Import Clearance
Depending on the shipment value and local customs regulations in your country, import duties, taxes, or clearance procedures may apply. In some cases, the consignee may be required to handle customs clearance independently or provide additional documentation to local authorities. We will fully cooperate by supplying all necessary commercial documents to ensure a smooth clearance process.
